What fabric do Pashmaal suits use?

Our primary fabric is premium lawn — lightweight, breathable, and ideal for Pakistan’s climate. We also offer cotton, semi-formal, and festive fabric options across our collections.

Are Pashmaal suits stitched or unstitched?

All Pashmaal suits are fully stitched and ready to wear. No tailoring required — simply order your size and wear it.

What sizes are available?

We offer sizes S, M, L, and XL across all our 3-piece suits. Each size is clearly labeled on the product page.

What is included in a 3-piece suit?

Every Pashmaal 3-piece suit includes a fully stitched shirt (kameez), trouser (shalwar/tulip), and dupatta — complete ensemble, ready to wear.

What is the price range of Pashmaal suits?

Our ready-to-wear 3-piece printed lawn suits start from Rs. 3,800. Embroidered luxury lawn and formal collections range from Rs. 4,200 to Rs. 7,800. All prices include the complete 3-piece set.

Do you offer embroidered suits?

Yes. Embroidered lawn suits are one of our signature offerings — intricate machine embroidery on premium lawn fabric, designed for everyday elegance and special occasions.

What styles of trousers are included?

Most of our suits come with a tulip trouser (also called a tulip shalwar), which is currently the most popular style in Pakistani women’s fashion. Some collections include straight trousers or palazzo pants.

Ordering & Delivery

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. COD is our default payment method — no advance payment required. You pay only when you receive your order.

What cities do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all major cities. Delivery is available to any address in Pakistan.

What are the delivery charges?

Free delivery within Karachi. For all other cities across Pakistan, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Karachi orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel in real time.

Do you offer online payment?

Yes. In addition to COD, we accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and direct bank transfer for customers who prefer online payment.

Returns & Exchange

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day exchange policy covering wrong sizes, manufacturing defects, and incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Size exchanges: customer covers courier costs; defective or wrong items are replaced at no cost.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos. We will arrange exchange or replacement at no extra cost.

Where is Pashmaal located?

Our physical store is at Al-Madni Shopping Mall, North Nazimabad, Karachi. Store hours: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM daily.

Can I visit your store to purchase?

Yes. You can shop in person at our Karachi store or order online at pashmaal.com with delivery across Pakistan.
