Exchange & Return Policy

At Pashmaal, every suit is checked before dispatch — but if something isn’t right, we make it right. All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

What we exchange

1. Wrong size? If your suit doesn’t fit, we’ll exchange it for another size within 7 days of delivery — provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and inlays intact. Check our size guide before ordering to get it right the first time.

2. Damaged or defective item? If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. Once verified, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you — we cover the return and replacement shipping.

3. Wrong or incomplete order? If you received a different item than ordered, or anything is missing from the package, we will correct it at no extra cost — contact us within 7 days.

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 321 2511768 or email help@pashmaal.com with your order number and photos. Our team reviews every request individually and fairly, usually within 24 hours.

Conditions

  • Size exchanges: the customer covers two-way courier costs. Damaged, defective, or wrong-item exchanges: Pashmaal covers all shipping.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Clearance and discounted items are eligible for damage/defect exchange only, not size exchange.
  • Exchanges are fulfilled as a replacement item or a store credit coupon of equal value (valid 60 days). We do not offer cash refunds.

Order cancellation

Prepaid orders (card/PayPal) may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order; the amount is issued as a store credit coupon of the same value, valid 60 days. Pashmaal may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues — in such cases prepaid amounts are returned in full. We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Pashmaal makes every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. Minor differences may occur between website images and the actual product due to photoshoot embellishments, lighting, your device’s display settings, or print quality. Please review the product description carefully before ordering.
